It&#039;s not ideal because the level of humidity is difficult to control, but it&#039;s better than any of the alternatives available to us now. &lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;And yes, I do make bresaola: much faster and easier to make than prosciutto, for sure.</description>

		<description>Do you have a separate area to hang them in or will your kitchen do? &lt;br /&gt;Do you cure for bresaola too?&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;I know some people that make guanciale in their home kitchen. A bit inconvenient due to lack of space but it works. I&#039;m too lazy for curing.</description>

		<description>I had this kind of coffee in Indonesia. I&#039;m not a coffee person so the whole event could just have been wasted on me. I can&#039;t remember any distinguishing marks of the flavour, but I&#039;ve tried it, an experience richer. &lt;br /&gt;As a tea person I will spend alot on great tea, preferably monkey picked oolong from China. Haven&#039;t heard that any of my devoted coffee friends would spend money on kopi luwak for its flavour profile.</description>

		<description>I&#039;ve had it on two separate occasions and couldn&#039;t stand it. Grass city. There is not much in the way of bitterness...but no coffee worth drinking has much in the way of bitterness. Brightness yes, bitterness no. &lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;In case you ever wanted to know there is a coffee that comes out of the digested tract of a monkey (supposedly not very good) and one that comes out of a jacu bird. I&#039;ve had the jacu stuff. Result? Better than civit, still just wrong on a whole lot of levels.</description>
